Foundry Services |
American Pattern provides complete "blue print to finished product" services. Our foundry services include everything from chipping and grinding to machining and complete casting services.  Machining American Pattern will machine all castings to your required specifications. Other processes such as heat treating, painting, impregnation and special cleaning/de-burring are also handled provided during this phase of the process.  Sand Control Our 60 grade silica sand is calibrated every Monday morning to ensure our 1.1% sand to resin ratio. |
 Chipping and Grinding American Pattern accepts castings for the chipping and grinding process. Basic chip and grind processes are performed and the castings are inspected by the grinders for any defects during the operation.  Complete Casting Services
